1. What is a Desk-Top system?

In this case the notebook, printer and other equipment remain mounted and cabled in the case solution. The case flap can also be removed while working with the case.

2. What is a Floor-to-Desk system?

The Floor-to-Desk system allows the user to place his notebook on the table and work with this printer while it remains in the case on the floor, mounted and cabled.

3. Does DICOTA have bag or case solutions for all Notebooks?

Yes, DICOTA has a broad range of solutions for all popular Notebooks and printers.

4. Can I have my company logo imprinted on a custom-designed bag or case?

Yes, custom-designed products can be printed with a company logo.
Certain DICOTA products can also be imprinted in the smaller production sizes.

5. How long does it take until custom-designed products are manufactured?

Approximately, 16 to 20 weeks for planning, production and delivery.

6. What are Permanent Air Cells?

An extremely robust multiple chamber system. This protects the notebook safely from knocks and shocks. Extensive laboratory tests confirm the superior protective function.

7. Where can I buy DICOTA products?

9. What is HDF?

HDF is the abbreviation for High-Density Foam. This is an especially thick and yet light-weight cushioning (21mm), that protects the notebook from the hardest knocks and shocks. The cushioning is very effective, absorbs the knocks and keeps its form through extremely high density.

10. What is the difference between a clamshell and the Toploader?

Clamshells open like an oyster, but notebooks are placed into the Toploaders from the top.

11. Can DICOTA provide individual custom-designed solutions?

Yes, we can produce bags in series beginning with 300 units per batch. Individual profile systems (hard hull case) can be produced in batches of at least 50 units.
